Business Development Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Coordinator to support our business development initiatives.

The successful candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships and coordinating various aspects of business development projects.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
• Analyze competitor activities and market data to inform business development strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure accurate and compelling content.
• Maintain and update the business development database with accurate and current information.
• Assist in preparing and managing business development reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role- a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- an advantage
• High level English – written and spoken.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
