Product Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Design Lead to join our TLV-based team.

The ideal candidate will lead the user experience and design of the Airis platform, from shaping the user journey and jobs-to-be-done to developing a unique look and feel that reflects our brand values. Alongside hands-on work, you will also guide external designers (initially freelancers/outsource) and collaborate closely with Product Managers, tech teams, Customer Success and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI of the company’s products, from ideation to implementation.
• Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to define requirements and shape roadmaps and working processes.
• Guide other designers to ensure design standards, processes and methodologies are properly implemented and maintained.
• Work closely with Product, Tech, and Sales teams to collect and provide feedback on the product.
• Consistently share your work, including early ideas and design concepts with cross-functional team members, leadership, and customers.

Qualifications

• You have 6+ years of experience as a product designer
• You bring an excellent understanding and eye for visual design principles and maintain high standards in your work
• You have a track record of designing elegant solutions to complex problems and use/improve existing design patterns
• You have a strategic mindset and are ready to play a crucial role in shaping the team's product strategy and roadmaps
• You have experience fostering strong collaborations with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deeply understand customer issues
• Proven experience in initiating user research studies - e.g. usability testing, user interviews, A/B testing etc.
• Previous early stage start-up experience - Must (we move fast 🙂)
• Experience with Figma and design systems - Must
• Management and/or Mentorship experience - advantage
• Currently/previously holding a Level 2 security clearance - big advantage
