XRHealth is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Finance team based in Israel.

Your mission:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and more
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives and ensure timely distribution of financial reports
• Coordinate budget preparation, financial forecasts, and report variances
• Analyze business units, portfolio segments, and territories
• Publish monthly financial statements and manage regulatory reporting
• Research and address technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure quality control in financial transactions and reporting
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies
• Contribute strategic financial insights to shape business unit plans and lead decision-making
• Skillfully gather, manage, and analyze diverse data sources to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
• Perform additional controller duties as needed
  
  

• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
• 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Experience with US GAAP and Israeli accounting.
• Expertise in NetSuite system
• Strong project management skills
• Expertise in financial modeling and reporting
• Healthcare expertise and startup experience are preferred but not required
