Core Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team of recruiters, sourcing and backoffice

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes. Would remove this

Ensure team meets recruitment targets through effective monitoring.

Manage recruitment metrics, generate reports, and present insights to key stakeholders.

Optimize recruitment workflows and implement process improvements.

Identify and address recruitment bottlenecks and challenges.

Allocate workload and set priorities within the team.

Build strategic partnership with the clientand key stakeholders.

Serve as escalation point, resolve challenges and bottle necks throughout the process.

Qualifications:

4+ years in a managerial role

3+ years of recruitment experience

Proven track record in recruitment metrics management

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT.

Strong data analysis and presentation skills

Excellence in stakeholder communication

Proactive, service-oriented approach with a strategic mindset
