Engineering Manager

A lead Startup in Tel Aviv is looking for an Engineering Manager

Drive innovation and provide technical leadership, while leading the group in implementing advanced capabilities for a cutting-edge product.

Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including engineering leaders, CTO, DevOps, Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• +5 years of experience leading development groups or high-complexity engineering teams.
• +10 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• Deep understanding of network protocols and web security.
• Experience in architecting and developing large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge and proven experience with Python.
• Great leadership, management and communication skills.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
