Sales Manager for a Leading Integration Company

Job Description: This role includes responsibility for selling advanced information systems to organizations, from identifying potential clients, through system implementation, to ongoing training and support. The position also involves managing relationships with existing and new clients and serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal interfaces within the organization, ensuring full alignment of solutions with the clients' needs and requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in technology and information systems fields.
• Familiarity with the information systems market in Israel (ERP, CRM, BPM...).
• Familiarity with the relevant customer market segment.
• Proven ability to sell large-scale solutions to the enterprise market.
• High technical understanding of technical products and complex business processes.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and high negotiation ability.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with senior executives and business partners.
• High level of English – writing, reading, and speaking.
