The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, developing strategies, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. • Knowledge of the Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality sectors
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications or training
