Technical Support Specialist

PickPack is an end-to-end platform for managing and optimizing delivery operations. PickPack provides a complete solution for dispatchers, drivers, and end customers, supporting a wide range of delivery types—all in one powerful platform. We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity.

Job Description:

• Accompanying customers from the onboarding phase to regular use of the company's software.
• Identifying customer needs and implementing the platform according to their requirements.
• Providing technical support and training on the company's systems and applications via phone and email.
• Responding to and providing solutions for customer needs.
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
• Managing B2B customers and providing guidance.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude.
• Technological orientation - mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Ability to provide step-by-step training & assistance, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in technology companies - advantage.
• Familiarity with the delivery logistics industry - advantage.
• Driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
• Fluent English - advantage.
• Experience with SQL and working with databases - advantage.

Job Scope:

• Part-time position.
• Work at the company's offices in Ashdod, in a hybrid model.
