Full-time job at our Herzliya offices.
Responsibilities:
- - Oversee and coordinate all office administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- - Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as welcoming candidates and guests, receiving shipments, schedule meetings and coordinate calendars ensuring everything is well-maintained and stocked.
- - Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including overseeing facilities management, cooperating with various suppliers, office supplies, logistics, food supply and equipment.
- - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
- - Purchasing of furniture, organization of internal departmental office/space moves.
- -Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces, setting up equipment, and providing necessary resources.
- - Manage end to end admin company's expenses & budgets (invoices, billings, expenses).
- - Maintain a comfortable and positive workplace atmosphere for all employees and ensure the office work environment is kept and organized to a high standard.
- - Work closely with HR and assist with creating, implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures, onboarding, offboarding, welfare activities: happy hours, events, gifts and other fun events.
- - Assisting CEO professional and personal matters and requested.
Requirements:
- -1 year of experience in a similar position within a startup/high-tech company.
- -Experience collaborating with supply vendors, including handling purchases, invoices, and price offers.
- -Advanced proficiency in Google Drive applications, including Google Sheets, slides and Google Docs.
- -Strong problem-solving skills, Fast thinking & result oriented
- -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- -Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew.
- -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service.
