Program Manager

ParaZero Technologies (NASDAQ: PRZO) is a world-leading developer of autonomous parachute safety systems for commercial drone and urban air mobility (UAM) aircraft. We are hiring an experienced Program Manager for our offices in Kfar Saba.

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and driving the projects’ schedule, working with dev management task assignments, and managing schedule progress; from large phases through to detailed tasks, including understanding and managing dependencies within and across Product Groups
• Lead nominated program. Working in-bound with the ParaZero team and out-bound with the customer
• Prioritize and balance requirements of different stakeholders while taking into account R&D / Operation constraints and program timeline
• Develop a program plan by understanding dependencies, risks, effort estimations, and cross-functional implications
• Track and resolve conflicts during all program phases.
• Consolidate data concisely and accurately to help senior leadership members make holistic and data-driven decisions

• Have you done this kind of stuff?
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience owning a program/ portfolio of products, scoping requirements, planning, milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams
• Managing program plans – Including initiation, requirement gathering, risk management, planning and execution of roadmap items, and resources
• Experience with cross-functional management, working with R&D, Data, Product, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Risk
• Experience with Hardware and Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies with strong business thinking and monitoring approach
• Fluent English, written and verbal – Must.
