Administrative Assistant – Maternity Leave replacement

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team for Maternity Leave replacement. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Position in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Job description:

• Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
• Assist with special projects and events as assigned
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Provide administrative support to other team members as needed

Preparing materials for meetings, delegations and conventions

Handling international travel logistics

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy working as part of a team, providing support to various departments.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Works well under pressure, very well organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work as a team with other administrative and professional staff
• English & Hebrew high level (reading and writing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
