Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer located in West Jerusalem. The Information Technology Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to technical support, information technology, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support.

Qualifications

• Fluent English
• Technical Support, Information Technology, and System Administration skills
• Troubleshooting and Help Desk Support skills
• Minimum of 3 year experience in providing technical support and resolving IT issues
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
