The Program Manager responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define scope of work and deliverables, Monitor project is proceeding according to plan.
- Gather business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and et project communication.
- Set team role expectations.
- Build team awareness of change considerations.
- Finalize and deliver Project Charter.
- Risk log and risk management.
- Deliver regular status reports, risk, issue, and decision logs.
- Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Document the projects creation, development, and execution as well as the project scope, budget, and justification.
- Ensuring that project/team milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Lead complicated customer complaints, including failure reproduction and performing validation tests. Analyzing results and providing recommendations.

- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical abilities.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer.
- BSc degree or higher, in engineering science or related field from a recognized institution.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a PM.
