The Program Manager responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define scope of work and deliverables, Monitor project is proceeding according to plan.
• Gather business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and et project communication.
• Set team role expectations.
• Build team awareness of change considerations.
• Finalize and deliver Project Charter.
• Risk log and risk management.
• Deliver regular status reports, risk, issue, and decision logs.
• Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
• Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
• Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
• Document the projects creation, development, and execution as well as the project scope, budget, and justification.
• Ensuring that project/team milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Lead complicated customer complaints, including failure reproduction and performing validation tests. Analyzing results and providing recommendations.

• Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Excellent organizational and technical abilities.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer.
  
  

• BSc degree or higher, in engineering science or related field from a recognized institution.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  

• At least 5 years of experience as a PM.
