Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Group Brand Manager and Business Development at Jem's Beer Factory located in Petah Tikva. The Group Brand Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the marketing and branding strategies for Jem’s beer brand and the Jem’s chain of restaurants and bars. The role will involve developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, managing product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to drive brand growth in Israel

and abroad .

Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand management of a premium brand
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in digital marketing and community building and management
• Experience in restaurant , nightlife, beer/wine/spirits industries is a plus
