Strategic and Dynamic Brand Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the brand’s annual marketing plan.
• Lead and manage 360° marketing activities across all platforms, including ATL, digital, social media, trade promotions, events, and point-of-sale visibility, while managing a variety of external vendors and agencies.
• Take full ownership of the brand portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and leading product development and launches.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Production Planning, to advance and implement brand initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and brand performance to support business decisions and identify growth drivers.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Brand Management – required.
• Experience in branded consumer goods within a manufacturing company – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience leading 360° marketing activities and working with advertising, digital, and media agencies, as well as external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Hands-on approach, strong execution skills, excellent organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring projects are followed through to completion.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a strong understanding of marketing and digital trends.
