Technical Support Assistant

We’re looking for a Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Providing support and assistance to the company's customers

- Initial support and referral for escalation

- Contacting Microsoft if necessary

- Ongoing assistance in the company's tasks

- Assistance in ongoing company projects.

Requirements:

- Computer expert with experience in a Microsoft network environment - mandatory.

- Experience in user support in a company with over 100 employees.

- Office 365 control including Microsoft Teams, Forms, Planner, and OneDrive.

- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory

- The ability to self-study systems and applications.

- High sense of service and excellent human relations.

- Hebrew and English at a high level.
