Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Technician based in Jerusalem. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for desktop computer support, technical troubleshooting, help desk support, and computer repair.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop computer support, technical troubleshooting, and help desk support - 1 year.
• Knowledge of computer repair and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English is preferred
