What you will do:
Operation Officer provides Operations services to HSBC Israel’s corporate banking customers by professional oversight the Operations teams offshore, assuring that the services are provided inline the relevant regulations and risk management.
In this role you will:
• Review operational processes and ensure the processes fit for business needs.
• Provide support to the corporate business, taking ownership on escalations and incidents in a timely manner.
• Support the onshore operational activities.
• Support the bank's risk and control standards including a timely implementation of business and regulatory changes.
• Perform Service Performance Management – monitor the offshore services with the appropriate benchmarks, metrics, reporting to the branch management on efficiency, effectiveness and success measures.
You should apply if you have:
· Relevant academic degree and located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew.
· 3-5 years’ working experience in financial services in operation roles.
· Knowledge and experience of risk management and controls in financial services.
· Experience in data analysis and advanced Excel skills.
· Strong communication and conflict management skills.
· Ability to collaborate with colleagues locally and globally, demonstrating proactive approach.
