Middle Office Representative – Position No. 1749

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing client reports from local and foreign banks, including statements, tax reports, and annual reports.
• Managing ongoing communication with foreign banks and clients regarding deposits, withdrawals, money and securities transfers.
• Handling operational processes for structured products, hedge funds, and alternative investment funds.
• Preparing customized reports for business clients and providing professional support to clients, CPAs, and agents.
• Handling digital signatures, KYC documentation, and various operational processes.
• Collaborating with internal departments, performing controls, and updating data in financial systems.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bank or investment house – mandatory.
• Basic understanding of capital markets.
• Good level of English.
• Excellent Excel skills.
