Global Business Development ManagerThe Global Business Development Manager is responsible for shaping the company's business strategy worldwide. This role includes managing all marketing, sales and business activities, developing business plans, building relationships with strategic partners and customers, and managing strategy in different countries.
- Managing Business Activities: Identifying new business opportunities in various markets, developing plans to expand the company's activities, and entering new markets.
- Building Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, strategic partners, and various industry stakeholders.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Analyzing market data, conducting market research, producing performance reports, and reporting to management on progress and goal attainment.
- Internal Communication: Collaborating with internal teams, including development, sales, and operations departments, to ensure optimal integration of marketing and business development activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a relevant field. A Master's degree is an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in managing business development in an international company.
- Managerial Skills: Leadership and management abilities, experience in managing global teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, understand markets, and make data-driven decisions.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, additional languages are an advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- The role requires extensive travel worldwide and the ability to work with teams and customers across various time zones.
