Reports to:Israel Finance Manager

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

What will you do?

• Preparation of payroll on a monthly basis
• Managing employee company shares from a tax perspective, including deferred compensation
• Overseeing attendance matters
• Manage employees' on-boarding and off-boarding from the finance aspect
• Preparation of all payroll related provisions
• Manage the expense report process including reviewing the expenses according to the company's policy
• Verify the accuracy of the funds transferred to our pension provider and to tax authorities
• Work closely with the HR team for salary, vacation and department updates
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Analysis and reconciliation of payroll ledgers in the ERP system

What should you have?

• Certified payroll manager with minimum 8+ years of experience in payroll management
• Experience working in high-tech companies with at least 200+ employees
• Experience in local payroll accounting and well versed in issues such as income tax, labor laws, social benefits, pension contributions, social security and travel reimbursement policies
• Strong Excel skills – a must
• Hands-on approach and can-do attitude – a must
• Experience with Hilan and Shiklulit software - a significant advantage
• Service oriented
• Verbal and written skills in English
• Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details
