HR Operations and Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking a dynamic HR Operations and Employee Experience Manager to lead our organization's global HR efforts, from onboarding to offboarding. This individual will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, enhancing the overall employee experience, internal communications and building relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tech industry trends, strong data analysis skills, analytical thinking, and experience with various HR Information Systems (HRIS). They must be detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of driving HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the HR department to ensure smooth and efficient processes, from the onboarding to offboarding, organizational development procedures, learning and development etc...
• Manage and maintain HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze HR data to measure the effectiveness of the department’s strategies, identify trends, areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage the global welfare budget across multiple regions and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and organizational development.
• Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with managers, key stakeholders, and external partners across multiple regions to understand their needs and ensure successful delivery of HR services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations, communications, employee experience and implement changes as needed.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring all actions are legal and ethical.
• Develop and implement an effective internal communication strategy to ensure consistent, transparent, and timely information sharing across all levels of the organization.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in HR operations and employee experience project management from a global tech organization.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative HR solutions.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Israeli and global employment law and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to design and execute programs that improve employee experience, such as onboarding processes, employee recognition, and wellness initiatives.
• Good home office working environment
• Experience with HiBob and Comeet is an advantage.
