We're now looking for an experienced HR Partner and Analytics to join our team during this exciting time!

What You'll Do

• Provide ongoing HR support and guidance to company employees.
• Supporting recruiting activities in the units, partnership with hiring managers.
• Provide HR data analysis, supported by data consolidation, analytics, and presentations and create action plans based on them.
• Analyze and support Compensation & Benefits processes.
• Supporting training and professional development related activities and administration.
• Shift's focal point for our 3rd party vendors in Israel.
• People first approach.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in HR roles.
• Passion about HR and eager to search, learn and grow.
• Analytics skills.
• Fluent English.
• Relevant academic degree.
