We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our User Behavior Analytics (UBA) group.

This role involves driving innovation, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the successful development and deployment of our cutting-edge threat detection solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and security experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers in the development of our UBA product.
• Work within a high-scale Databricks environment, handling billions of events daily.
• Oversee the entire development life cycle, from design and planning to implementation and support, maintaining a high software quality standard.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, architecture, and design.
• Drive technical excellence, ensuring high-quality code, performance, and scalability.
• Foster the growth and professional development of team members.
• Innovate and contribute to the evolution of our UBA solution.
• Ensure on-time delivery of product milestones and releases.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader in an R&D team.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language (such as Python, Java, or C#).
• Experience with high-scale Big Data Processing.
• Experience working with cloud-based environments (Azure/ AWS/ GCP).
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Proactive, accountable, reliable, and a team player with a fast technology adaptation capacity.
  
  

• Proficiency in Databricks, PySpark, and related tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry.
