About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team and play a key role in driving Agilite's strategic growth. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the company's financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders across various departments (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to develop and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
• Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making, including product launches, market expansion, and capital expenditure planning.
• Oversee accounting activities and ensure that ledgers are accurately updated to reflect all financial transactions.
• Manage the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary to support management presentations and board meetings.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes for improved data integrity and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and economic conditions to assess potential financial risks and opportunities.
• Implement best practices and continuously improve financial processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior FP&A or financial analyst role within a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting principles.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is a must.
• An Economics and Accounting degree (or similar) is required.
