Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems and providing exceptional support to users both locally and internationally. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen personal knowledge and oversight of technical issues within the support team's scope.
- Responding and providing service to users in Israel and abroad - as needed
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of support team issues, coordinate on overlapping technical matters, and assist team members with current challenges.
- Actively engage and manage support and communication with overseas sites.
- Collaborate within the team to prioritize current and future tasks, develop future plans, and monitor open tickets for timely resolution.
- Execute routine tasks and collaborate closely with the IT manager.
- Manage projects within the initial support framework.
- Provide initial round support to resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
- MCITP certification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong background and experience in Help Desk support is mandatory.
- Proficient understanding of computer hardware components, organizational operating systems, and infrastructure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 10, including installation, configuration, system customization (including Registry), driver management, and software installation.
- Familiarity with infrastructure, data communication networks, and wireless communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Office software with the ability to support experienced users, including application installation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in English at a high level is mandatory.
- Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills, dedication, and responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to work a second shift part of the time based on business needs.
