What We Do

The Product Admin team is responsible for building and overseeing the company’s E-commerce platform and all post-purchase products, features, and functionalities. Our mission is to provide best-in-class tools to our in-house customers to support the company’s goals and growth. As part of the team, you will own these complex processes end-to-end, including designing and measuring their impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for an exceptional Product Ops professional with strong problem-solving skills to drive our company's growth. You will act as the operational backbone, enabling excellent integration projects between our diverse partners and cross-functional teams.

You will develop products that enhance integration flows and processes, improve monitoring capabilities, and increase overall efficiency. Also, you will manage the order processing, product, and functionalities for the Retail business line. We are seeking a self-motivated person with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure successful and smooth execution.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Be part of a team that is responsible for planning and executing the company's product roadmap and integration architecture
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business impact
• Map complex internal and external processes and business flows across different systems
• Develop products and lead integration projects with retail partners, suppliers, and carriers:
• To support Retail order management, including Fulfil.io, and Retail Connect systems
• To speed up and improve our integration projects
• To monitor the system’s health e.g. product analytics for Admin and Integrations analytics
• Identify broken and manual processes in the organization and automate them
• Establish and implement procedures, specifications, and guidelines through documentation and diagrams
• Establish and maintain a robust feedback loop for our products and features, analyzing member experience data and performance indicators to advise product strategies
  

• +4 years experience as a Project/Product Manager - a must
• Experience mapping business processes and leading integration projects with internal teams and external third-party partners
• Experience in writing project requirement documents with exceptional attention to detail - a must
• Ability to comprehend system functionality and architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and developing effective solutions to meet deadlines
• Ability to influence and champion deep positive relationships with external partners and cross-functional collaborators
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of e-commerce operational processes - a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up/e-commerce environment with the ability to quickly get up to speed, iterate, and take on other projects - a plus
