Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Analyst with strong analytical thinking to join our analytics team.

The Product Analyst will play a critical role in the development and the success of our products by leading end-to-end product analytics efforts, analyzing data, defining KPIs, designing and maintaining dashboards and working closely with product managers, R&D and CS.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights regarding our products and to support product and business recommendations
• Define KPIs to measure product performance and success
• Help define events to track user usage of the products
• Design, create and maintain dashboards, visualizations and reports that will provide insights about our products
• Collaborate with product managers, R&D and CS to inform product development and strategy
  
  

• 3+ years of working experience as a product analyst or a data analyst in a product-led company (Cyber SaaS experience is a significant advantage)
• Experience collaborating with product managers and R&D teams
• Strong Excel and SQL skills
• Python skills (data analytics and visualization libraries)
• Experience with visualization tools (Kibana, Tableau)
• Proven experience in leading data-driven projects from end to end
• Independent and fast learner, with excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy, with strong technical skills
• Experience with using Elasticsearch- An Advantage
• Good understanding of the intelligence collection world- An Advantage
• BA / B.Sc. in a quantitative, business, or technical related field - An Advantage
