Front End Tech Lead

We are a private fund offering innovative real estate secured loans. Our unique breakthrough platform efficiently manages lawns and provides quick, short-term credit solutions for property investments across the U.S.

We are hiring a Frontend Tech Lead, this is a remote position on Israel timezone. As a Front End Tech Lead, your role will involve leading a team of talented developers, driving the development of high-quality front-end applications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our product goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Make architectural decisions and ensure the technical quality of the team's deliverables.
• Drive the development and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of front-end projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end developers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Implement and maintain Agile methodologies to manage project workflows and team productivity
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices for front-end development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and advocate for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience of frontend development, with strong proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles and best practices
• Experience with modern JavaScript tooling (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English
