Sales Operations Manager

SecuPi is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team and help manage our Salesforce system. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining Salesforce, tracking sales opportunities, and managing customer relationships. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and supporting our sales team to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the Salesforce system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Track and monitor sales opportunities, from lead generation through to closing.
• Manage customer data and relationships, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure regular contact with existing customers to understand their needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
