About the position
We are looking for a passionate, creative, experienced and data driven marketing director to lead our marketing team. You will play an important role in the development and execution of our marketing strategy, will maximize user acquisition and retention efforts, and will have a direct impact on the business growth.
Responsibilities
- Paid user acquisition - develop and implement multichannel and data driven growth strategy that covers paid channels like google ads, meta ads, native advertising, affiliation and influence marketing to reach company customer acquisition targets.
- Organic SEO - develop and implement a sophisticated SEO growth strategy to increase our organic visibility, traffic and sales, and manage brand reputation on search.
- Customer retention - develop and implement engagement and retention strategies that covers multi-channel lifecycle marketing, promo and manual engagement campaigns, VIP and loyalty programs.
- Analytics and Reporting - analyze and track performance metrics of each department to optimize the strategies and to invest budget effectively, focusing on high impact activities that deliver maximum ROI.
- Growth strategies - develop and implement growth strategies in accordance with company targets and business developments.
- Marketing team - manage team and mentor team of in-house marketing professionals, hire and onboard new talents, manage network of outsource service providers.
- Cross-functional collaboration - work closely with product, studio, business development and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Market research - stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in marketing management role in b2c/d2c/b2b2c marketing departments
- Experience in CRM marketing, Social and user acquisition (paid and organic), creative and funnels is a must.
- 3 years of proven experience in global markets is a must
- Proven experience in go-to-market and growth activities
- Background in product marketing and
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize performance based on data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creative and fresh mind for concepts, copy, and visuals.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel/Tableau/Data Studio or other BI and reporting platforms
- Higher education and a high level of English are mandatory.
- Experience with Hubspot marketing hub is a significant advantage
