About this role:

In this role, you’ll lead the project management of the product life cycle processes, and work closely with all departments (e.g., Product, R&D, GTM, Delivery) to ensure a successful product launch, and meet associated KPI targets.

You’ll need to collect information from different stakeholders, connect the dots and make insights out of it, reflect status, raise flags, and lead mitigation plans.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product life cycle project management for various programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Monitor program performance and implement changes as needed to ensure success.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, meeting summary, and action items tracking
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the product life cycle domain

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on product life cycle management in the SAAS company
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including R&D, GTM and executive leadership in a global organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Strong analytical abilities to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Comfortable with navigating and leading through change
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA can be advantageous
• Previous experience with the healthcare industry - advantage
