Head of Marketing (gaming)

We're looking for a hands-on marketing savvy to do our marketing A to Z. Glue.Games is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our game strategy across social media, user acquisition, influencer marketing, and community engagement. This is a unique opportunity to join as a founding team member and have a significant impact on shaping the future of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
• Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company’s publications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing experience in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, user acquisition, influencer partnerships, and community building.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• High-level communication and teamwork skills.
