Sales Manager for Security Vendor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales and distribution efforts for our cutting-edge security products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong relationships with partners and distributors, and driving revenue growth in the local markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for the company's security products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, distributors, and suppliers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market share.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Train and educate sales teams and partners on the company's security products.
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with distributors and business partners.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and leading technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Israel and internationally as needed.
