Responsibilities

Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to the clients workstations and servers.

Handling end-user troubleshooting and application support.

Requirements

Experience in a technical support center of at least two years - mandatory!

Experience in managing and maintaining Windows servers.

Proven experience in establishing and managing users and granting permissions in Active Directory.

Good understanding of networks and information security tools.

Proficiency in Office365 products suite.

Proactive and service-oriented approach.

High proficiency in English and Hebrew.
