This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Korentec Technologies. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, and conducting interviews. This role is primarily located in Kiryat Bialik, but offers flexibility for some remote work.

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with the software industry
• Experience with talent acquisition in the technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
