Group/Division

With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The Optical Metrology Division products are used for optical overlay metrology. The portfolio of products includes unique solution packages which are based on hardware and software systems to enhance yield and effectiveness. As a world leader in its field of expertise, the division's products are the most advanced in performance (measurement accuracy of nanometers and below), reliability, ease of use and compatibility with other KLA's products. KLA (Israel) controls over 80% of the world market sales in its field, and its products are used by every major semiconductor manufacturer around the world. KLA Israel is located in the Migdal Haemek Industrial Park.

Job Description

KLA is looking for an experienced Product Marketing manager to join the R&D group!

This position plays an integral role in defining new solutions based on market and competitive trends, managing specific Overlay tools or specific accounts.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall business opportunity and customer satisfaction for the managed product or customer
• Conduct market validation and define market requirements for new products or features
• Work closely with program and engineering to develop new products or features
• Lead new product introduction/beta engagement with field teams and customers to ensure product success
• Identify new business opportunities based on customer roadmap and investment plan. Drive product penetration/adoption to improve market share
• Drive regular executive and working level meetings with customers and presentation material preparation/delivery
• You will interface with Product Management, Engineering, Applications Engineering, the executive team, customers, solutions partners and industry consultants.
  
  

• PhD or Master’s degree preferably physics/engineering with 4-6 years of related experience in the semiconductor capital equipment or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Previous marketing experience strongly preferred.
• lithography experience a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Prepared to travel about 25% of time to our international customers
• Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality with in-depth detail driven.
• Critical thinking and aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
