The Role

The Head Of HR is a key strategic and operational role responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities from employee onboarding and development, manager training, recruitment, payroll, and logistics, to overseeing the welfare and engagement of employees. This position requires a dynamic leader who can manage diverse teams, optimize processes, and drive the organization towards excellence in all HR and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top talent, implement development programs for employees and managers to enhance their skills and career progression.
• Training and Role Onboarding: Design and execute training plans for new roles, including comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure employees are effectively integrated and can contribute quickly.
• Team Leadership: Manage the HR & Business support team.
• Lead compensation and benefits administration, including benchmarking and optimization. Manage HR budget and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide effective support solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and business support functions.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee logistics and US payroll operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy in all processes.
• Employee Welfare: Champion initiatives that promote employee welfare, engagement, and satisfaction, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Strategic Assessments and Implementation: Conduct regular assessments of HR and support functions to identify areas for improvement, and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certifications is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR and leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing comprehensive HR functions and business support services, in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and best practices in HR and business support.
• Experience managing recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and full proficiency in English level- a must

Working days & Hours: Sunday-Thursday, flexible working hours. The company works US hours and requires at least 2 working days in the evenings (in flexible hours - to be discussed)
