We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven professional Employee Experience Specialist to join us!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs, activities, and events to foster a positive work environment.
• Find new products, services, and ways to improve our employees’ day-to-day lives.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative needs for ongoing projects and team-building activities, both locally and globally.
• Collaborate regularly with internal departments such as management, finance, legal, and procurement.
• Assist employees with various services, including package deliveries and on-site services.
• Manage vendor relations and oversee inventory responsibilities.
  
  

• 2-3 of relevant experience as an Employee Experience specialist at a global High Tech company.
• Be a friendly face employees can come to when they need.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Highly organized with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task, operate independently, and pay attention to details.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done.
• Great communication skills: written and verbal.
• Service-oriented, positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Full proficiency in MS Office.
• English- high level.
