We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team as we scale and strengthen the correlation between talent and business. As a talented recruiter, you will take ownership of, and manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, while working closely with managers to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. You will also focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining diverse talent, building and shaping great teams, and using innovative recruiting methods to bring the team to a new level. Your role within People Operations will include administrative support to HR lifecycle processes for our employees in Israel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting process across our R&D teams, with a specific focus on tech roles
• Be active on job boards, social networks, and other platforms to reach and communicate with potential candidates
• Use creative and innovative sourcing techniques and networking to build a strong talent pipeline
• Evolve and optimize the 360° recruitment cycle
• Ensure a smooth on/offboarding experience for employees, including coordinating and supporting hiring managers
• Collect and analyze data while developing data-driven solutions focused on improving operational processes, and producing talent reports / dashboards to track and communicate metrics to the business
• Participate in the testing, implementation, and improvement of HR systems changes
• Take ownership in managing people data, and leveraging data driven insights to positively impact business units

Job requirements

• HR professional with 3+ years of experience recruiting and implementing HR operations in a high-growth Tech/start-up environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Advanced English REQUIRED)
• Experience in sourcing and researching methods using various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, etc.
• Proven experience in recruitment with a thorough knowledge of direct sourcing methods, screening, interviewing, and hiring practices
• Adept at managing and effectively prioritizing multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, time-critical, highly dynamic environment with minimal supervision
• Hands-on experience in HRIS software (such as HiBob), including data input, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to adapt to and navigate through uncertainty, while remaining focused on tackling challenges that come with recruiting talent in a demanding, fast-paced market
