Role Description

• Lead and mentor a team of: network administration, system administration, help desk support, and IT security functions
• Recruit, onboard, and train top talent to expand the team.
• Manage day-to-day activities, set goals, and provide guidance
• Define and drive the technical vision for our projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, etc.).
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure effective delivery of IT services
• Conduct regular assessments of the IT infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT management

Full time position at the company's offices in Netanya. (Near Sapir - Polg train station)

Requirements

• Course graduates (MCSA/MCITP/MCSE)
• Over 7 years of experience as a System Admin
• Experience managing and leading a team of IT professionals
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• In-depth experience working with VMWARE infrastructures and servers (in a Windows environment)
• Experience and in-depth familiarity with cloud systems, Office 365
• Experience with information security systems (EDR, NAC, SIEM, FW)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
