Controller - Temp. position replacement for maternity leave 

We are looking for a talented and motivated Controller to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be supporting all the accounting and financial coordination tasks to ensure a high level of control and accuracy of the company’s financials.

About us

BrainQ, a well-funded MedTech startup in Jerusalem, is pioneering a novel therapy using Brain-Computer Interface technology for reducing disability and enhancing the recovery potential for stroke victims. The technology is currently being tested in clinical trials across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Executing month-end close processes of the parent company and global subsidiaries, including accruals, analytics and notes preparation
• Analyzing the financial results while monitoring the budget vs. actuals and CF status, support strategic decisions
• Procurement, payments to vendors, vendor invoices, implementation of ERP
• Working with the external auditors as part of periodical audit and reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Administration
• At least 4 years of experience in one of the following: Big 4. (high tech industry experience, audit background a plus), financial analyst
• Recently qualified experience, with a mix of public accounting & public and/or private company experience.
• Great Microsoft Excel skills
• Attention to detail, time management and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines
• Fluent English and Hebrew (both spoken and written)
