We are looking for a talented Data Analyst with a background (or interest) in financial markets and trading.

Description:

• As a Trading Analyst, you will assume responsibility for the ongoing operation of Plus500’s financial instruments: our system’s core!
• You will collect and analyze data from various sources (market data, users’ data, and many more), interpret it, uncover valuable findings, and determine the optimal configuration of our system.
• You will thoroughly understand trading principles in a variety of markets (Stocks, Commodities, Futures, Options, and more) and support our ongoing research, queries, and day-to-day operations.
• You will work closely with other departments, from R&D, through Marketing and even Customer Support, driving excellence and providing counsel across the board.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years experience in a data-driven position
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Python and relevant packages
• Experience with BI systems (Tableau - advantage)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Detail-oriented state of mind and ability to deep dive while paying attention to the whole picture.
• Willingness to work under pressure and time constraints, sometimes outside of regular office hours (not always! but sometimes 😊)
