We're seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients maximize our platform's value. You'll be the main contact, providing expert guidance, support, and training to drive adoption and satisfaction. Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success or account management in SaaS or fintech.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver product training and educational content.
