IT Specialist

REE Automotive is a pioneering technology company reinventing e-mobility. REE has developed the next generation EV platform ready to carry the future of e-mobility.

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support and maintenance to all users and devices.
• Support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
• Install and configure new workstations and software.
• Report and escalate issues to IT Manager
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades and maintenance.
  
  

• 2-3 years’ experience as an IT Help-desk or onsite IT support
• Experience with maintaining a network computing environment, working directly with tickets and platforms
• Experience supporting all Operating Systems: Linux, Mac OS, Windows
• Experience supporting Active Directory and Office 365
• Experience with supporting SolidWorks, Tasking, MATLAB, Flow, PDM, Priority, Salesforce.
• Customer service orientation.
• Problem solving & analysis.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize urgent requests
• Ability to work under pressure
