Senior User Acquisition Manager

A performance marketing company on steroids is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale performance campaigns of global companies in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Handle all aspects of campaign management and marketing strategy implementation.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness, including CTR, conversion rates, and user acquisition costs.
• Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative and effective acquisition strategies.
• Monitor budget optimization of campaigns and acquisition tactics in order to maximize revenue and ROAS.
• Collaborate with the creative studio to create compelling and targeted creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive user conversions.
  
  

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a User Acquisition Manager.
• Experience managing online marketing campaigns in the gaming or health industry is a significant advantage.
• Experience managing high scale campaigns for global companies.
• In-depth knowledge of the various user acquisition channels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High level English is required.
