Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and project management, with the ability to drive and execute strategic initiatives and ad-hoc matters. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders globally, focusing on business and insurance operations, and overseeing legal and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance and Legal:
- Oversee and manage all compliance and governance-related activities including policy updates, training, licenses, and reporting.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met in the US, with Lloyd's market, and Israel, coordinating with external partners and internal teams.
- Serve as the go-to person for audit-related questions.
Operations Across Departments:
- Support, develop and monitor key business and insurance processes, including compliant processes in CRM (quote and bind), and policy issuance.
- Implement best practices and initiate projects to solve key business bottlenecks.
- Support sales operations and CRM (Salesforce) system projects to align with business and insurance processes.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure all processes are compliant, efficient and aligned with the company goals.
- Deliver monthly reports on company activities and business development for internal and external use.
- Manage cross-company projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely and support founding and management teams on executing strategy and overseeing key initiatives.
HR and Administration:
- Oversee HR legal ops and processes, including supporting company communications.
- Co-manage administrative, IT operations, and company events, ensuring smooth general operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management and project management in a startup company operating in the US
- Bachelor’s degree in law - advantage
- Experience in leading legal and compliance management in the US market - advantage
- Experience in business operations, experience working with Salesforce is preferred
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable
- Strong leadership and communication skills to drive organizational success
- Ability to manage cross-departmental responsibilities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Professional or native proficiency in English is required
