Summary

We’re looking for someone who is technically proficient in email marketing and newsletter management, and who is creative, data-driven, and customer-centric. This role will support marketing managers to enhance their email marketing strategies while focusing on email deliverability and database segmentation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, HTML/CSS, audience segmentation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end email program, including planning A/B tests, designing, building and QAing the send template, and pulling and analyzing results every week.
• Optimizing email marketing performance and engagement.
• Being the technical and operational expert on safe send practices and maintenance. IP reputation management experience is highly preferred.
• Designing and leading an ongoing email marketing optimization process, combining both creative thinking, with data analytics and test results.
• Communicating the plan on a quarterly and weekly basis to relevant stakeholders across our marketing and customer success.
• Measuring the success of campaigns and improving email engagements, conversion rates and deliverability rates.
  
  

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in email marketing, with a focus on B2B.
• Native English speaker
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• In-depth knowledge of email compliance laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• Experience with email deliverability tools and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML at the intermediate level
