Social Media Specialist - Maternity Leave Replacement

Fixed-term contract for six months.

Our marketing team is looking for an entrepreneurial, talented, and bright team player to join and boost our activities across social. This is an outstanding opportunity in B2B tech marketing. This person will work closely with the entire marketing team, and with key stakeholders across the company.

What will you do:

• Develop and execute a winning social strategy using industry best practices.
• Manage our day-to-day organic social presence, focusing primarily on LinkedIn but also encompassing Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Create, deploy, and manage monthly editorial calendars, using marketing strategies to deliver our brand's message in creative ways.
• Must be prepared to write, edit, share, and produce engaging daily content in line with our business goals and objectives, targeted to the appropriate audience.
• Enlarge our follower base and scale our brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness, engagement, and overall performance.
• Manage our employee advocacy program, collaborate with various stakeholders across the company, and serve as the focal point for all social-related matters.

You’ll do it using:

• 3-5 years of social media management experience. Working for an agency and/or a company.
• Native English speaker.
• BA in Marketing and/or Communications – an advantage
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools, with a particular focus on Figma.
• A deep understanding of social media best practices ideally will include experience with an Israeli-based company selling globally.
• Organized, able to meet deadlines, and keep to schedules.
• Self-starter and self-driven – take initiative, accountability for open issues, etc. Team player who loves to collaborate and has a people’s person mindset.
• Proficient, confident and polished writer, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively across diverse platforms.
• Up to date with trends and technologies.

• Proficient in using social management platforms such as Sprout Social.
• Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
• Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.
