Vice President of Sales

We are looking for VP Sales, reporting directly to the CEO, for a startup located n Yokneam Ilit. 

As the VP Sales, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales and BizDev activities, overseeing sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining key client relationships. 

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of Proven experience as a managing Sales positions, preferably in cosmetics or chemicals industry

* Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team and other departments of the company.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

* Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

* Native English level both verbal and written.
